Team Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Acts as initial service ambassador to referral sources, physicians, patients, families and other external customers providing the highest quality service.
- Responsible for the prompt, friendly answering and directing of phone calls, as well as for the prompt, friendly greeting of external and internal customers to the office.
- Works with field associates and Manager, Clinical Services (MCS) to appropriately schedule associates for cases in assigned area of responsibility. Communicates appropriately regarding changes in schedule or service delivery. Ensures coordination of care between shifts.
- Works with field associates and MCS to maintain current associate and patient schedules.

- Cardiovascular ICU Unit

Homecare services are also provided and may increase travel frequency.
