- Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. - Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. - Works with HRIS Team and makes independent decisions on how to gather data. - Works with individuals in all organization levels to provide accurate data, ideas, solutions, audits and documentation for data clean up issues. - Assists with Affirmative Action, EEO and Vets 4212 compliance and reporting by maintaining and auditing the data within the HCM system. - Participates in projects where new functionality is introduced or new populations are brought on-board. - Works with Senior HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst II in developing system test plans, scripts, conducting functional testing and sign-off. - Understands HCM customizations, Work-flow, and Employee/Manager Self-Service. - Responsible for sending out vendor interfaces via a security data transmission process.
