The Medical Social Worker - Bereavement Volunteer Coordinator performs a combination of functions. Coordinates care with other caregivers and the attending physician to improve and/or maintain the social, emotional, functional and physical health status of the client. Plans, implements, and maintains a bereavement and volunteer program to meet the needs of patients, families/caregivers.
