Responsibilities

We’re Growing! American Nursing Care is looking for a full time LPN to join our home health team! Offering flexibility and the ability to make a difference!

  • Care for patients in their own homes!
  • Have the autonomy to create your own flexible schedule!
  • Care for patients around where you live!

Responsibilites: 

  • Provides care and education to patients and their caregivers
  • Participates in the coordination of services with other disciplines and community resources as needed
  • Evaluates and revises care plans/assessments based on changes in patients and/or their environments
  • Participates in regular case conferences and in-services or special case orientations as needed and participates in on-call rotation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed to practice in OH
  • One year nursing experience required
  • Must obtain and maintain current CPR certification (all locations)
  • Proof of eligibility to pass medications required
