AmeriMed Home Infusion Pharmacy in West Chester, OH is looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our team! As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you will establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients and their caregivers. The PSR interacts with patients and caregivers and is responsible for obtaining information needed for refill processing. The PSR collaborates with other pharmacy staff and together they work to provide exceptional service to our patients.


As a Patient Service Representative at AmeriMed you will:

  • Call patients to obtain supply, enteral and medication needs for refills.
  • Complete Patient Refill Assessment in CPR+.
  • Create Delivery ticket with supplies to be sent to patient.
  • Obtain all ordered labs from home health agencies or various EMR applications.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our patients by being: accountable, courteous, understanding, responsive, and going above and beyond standard expectations.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience required, healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • CPR+ experience a plus but not required.
