Alleviating long and unnecessary stays in the hospital, our home infusion team administer intravenous (IV) therapy and treatment in a safe and comfortable setting. Through our experienced and professional pharmacy team, AmeriMed assists patients recovering from surgery, being treated for an infection, or with nutritional needs to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle while receiving care at home. Our goal is to help each patient be an active participant in their care. Through education and partnership with each patient and their caregivers, we teach our patients how to effectively manage their therapy and provide ongoing oversight, coordination and support throughout their therapy.

Responsibilities

AmeriMed Home Infusion in Indianapolis, IN is currently seeking a full-time Client Relations Executive (CRE). The CRE is the voice of the customer and observes and reports trends, changes, and new
opportunities, to assist the company with planning and executing business strategies. The position maintains and grows current market share, and grows new sources of business sufficient to support the business plan. 

 

As a Client Relations Executive at AmeriMed you will:

  • Identify and qualify relationships with a focus on hospital systems, physician practices, hospice providers and managed care organizations within your territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up.
  • Act as a contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and work a yearly business plan for your region that includes strategies for exceeding established budgets and goals.
  • Communicates to branch(es) on a daily basis to give and receive vital client information.
  • Complete reports detailing field activity and results on a weekly basis.
  • Represent the organization in relevant professional organizations and in the community.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and presentation.
  • Analyze and make recommendations for contracts.
  • Assist with educating the community about services.

Qualifications

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, candidate should possess the following:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of one year sales experience, preferably in Health Care or Medical Field.
  • Results oriented professional, self-motivated exhibiting strong initiative, vitality, and follow through.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to engage, connect, and tailor message to audience. Effective communication is key to success in this role.
  • Exhibits professionalism in daily tasks.
  • Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals.
