Their goal is to ensure all services consistently exceed quality measures and the expectations of patients and referring physicians.  CHI Health at Home's quality care is provided through a team of registered nurses, social workers, companions, dieticians, aides and physical, occupational and speech therapists.



CHI Health at Home is recruiting for a dynamic, organized office professional who has experience with medical records, intake and scheduling for health care entities. In this role, you'll support several home care and hospice agencies throughout Arkansas, Iowa and Nebraska.


This position is primarily remote. 


  • Acts as initial service ambassador to referral sources, branch office and clinical associates.
  • Process approved physician orders
  • Monitors and processes the referral management database on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for timely processing of designated reports, summaries, and/or coordination notes to
  • Timely processing of documentation to physicians and facilities required to comply with home
    health/hospice COP’s.
  • Complete assigned workflow tasks in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Upon receipt of referral documentation and initial intake/registration, complete review of F2F documentation
  • To ensure compliance with all required components. Follows up as needed to obtain missing/incomplete information to appropriate parties
  • Central Support for entry of new physicians and facilities.
  • Monitor new clinician’s compliance with online course completion. Send weekly to DCS of branch.
  • Processes payroll per company policy and processes as needed



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years customer service experience required.
  • Minimum one year of medical office related experience preferred.
  • Two years of payroll related experience preferred.
