Qualifications
Experience
One (1) to two (2) years of experience with a minimum of one (1) year in area of related field required.
A minimum of two years experience in clinical dietetics (preferred)
Education
Bachelor of Science or advanced degree from an accredited institution with a major in foods and nutrition or equivalent nutrition program.
Graduate of an accredited Dietetic Internship or Coordinated Undergraduate Dietetic Program.
Licensure
Must be registered by the Commission on the Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association or is a candidate for registration and successfully passes the registration exam.
Must maintain RD license. REGISTERED DIETICIAN (RG DIETCN)
Special Skills
Must be able to appropriately explain dietetic information and restriction to the patients and/or patients family.
